11. Colorado Law
These terms are governed by Colorado law without applying conflict-of-law principles. Public-record references in the service point to the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. sections 24-72-200.1 through 24-72-206, and to the separate criminal-justice records provisions in sections 24-72-301 through 24-72-309. Privacy references may also involve the Colorado Privacy Act, SB21-190, effective July 1, 2023. Those laws govern the custodian or covered controller, not this private reference.
