Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This reference is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on it, and no result from a linked third-party tool, may be used for a decision about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the FCRA.
How Current Is Information?
Rolls are corrected, portals and fees change, shelves move, and digitization can alter the years visible online. The pages are maintained in good faith, but no detail is guaranteed at a particular moment. Confirm any important point with the custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
This reference is not legal advice. It identifies Boulder record sources and describes how resident rolls and directories generally work. A web reference cannot replace advice from a licensed Colorado attorney.
Use Records Lawfully
Public rolls support transparency, family history, and civic research, not harm. Do not use information reached through this reference to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt anyone. Misuse can violate Colorado criminal law, including C.R.S. sections 18-3-602 and 18-9-111, as well as federal law and the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some search boxes are powered by outside companies. Boulder Residents Directory does not control their output, charges, or handling of submitted information. Their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
Links lead to assessor and recorder portals, election lookups, court searches, Carnegie Local History, archives, and related resources. We do not control or guarantee an external site's content, accuracy, availability, or data practice.
No Records Are Hosted Here
Boulder Residents Directory stores no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that hold them. To obtain, verify, or correct a record, contact that custodian directly.
